Ny programledning VIOL 3

Som tidigare kommunicerats förändras nu VIOL 3:s programledning eftersom programmet går in i en ny fas. Under april tar Per Johansson över som ny programchef efter Håkan Larsson som haft ett tidsbegränsat uppdrag. Överlämningen sker under en kort övergångsperiod, Håkan kvarstår som resurs inom Biometria året ut och deltar i det fortsatta arbetet i en rådgivande roll. Pers roll är att leda hela VIOL3-programmet i Go-live processen.

Styrningen av programmet behöver stärkas med en mer sammanhållen planering och uppföljning på både program- och projektnivå. I och med detta förändras programledningens organisation till en slimmad programledning som stöttas upp av en programstab som utgörs av seniora specialister.  Programledningen består av programchef samt tre leveransområden; Tillverkning, Infrastruktur och Forest Storm, med en leveransansvarig för respektive område. Den nya organisationen börjar gälla senast 1 maj. Styrgruppen är samma som tidigare.

Tillsammans med Per Johansson följer Ilona Kiebler med in i programledningen. Hon tar rollen som ansvarig för Leveransområde Tillverkning vilket inkluderar planer och uppföljning.

För leveransområde Infrastruktur ansvarar Johnny Leiding. Tomas Karlsson fortsätter som ansvarig för leveransområde Forest Storm. Det krävs även en tydligare leverantörsstyrning kopplad till programledningen, Robin Grelz tar detta ansvar.

Per Johansson och Ilona Kiebler har båda lång erfarenhet från skogsnäringen. Per har varit interim CIO på Iggesund Paperboard 2016–2020, Ilona verkade under samma period som rådgivare till Pers roll. Per har haft tidigare uppdrag som projektledare inom Holmen Paper och Holmen Iggesund samt Sveaskog. Ilona har lång erfarenhet vid att driva stora IT-projekt, bland annat för Stena och Mercedes Benz. Bägge två är kontraktarede tills VIOL 3 är färdigtillverkat.

− Jag är mycket glad över att vi får ombord Per och Ilona. Deras kombinerade erfarenhet är viktig för den fas VIOL 3 går in i och för att vi ska kunna driva programmet mot en 1.0 version. Det är också en stor fördel att Håkan är kvar i en ny roll där han bland annat ska bidra till Biometrias strategiarbete, säger Ingela Ekebro.
