Instruction Sign in for the first time in Mätplatsstödet, MPS (The Measurement Site System) or Chaufförsklienten (The Driver Client)

Conditions
The following instruction requires that you have an email address.
Please note that the account must be personal and two-step verification is required to use the VIOL 3 services.
The account types supported by Biometria are as follows:
- School or work account from Microsoft.
- Office365, EntraID, AzureAD.
- Personal Microsoft account.
- Outlook.com, hotmail.com, and similar.
- Personal Google account.
- Gmail.com.
- Another general email address.
For you to get the right permissions, you must use the email address provided by the authorization manager at your company or client when they ordered your authorizations.
Contact the authorization officer for your company or your client if you are unsure of which address to use.
Sign in for the first time
- Browse to: Biometria - Measurement site system.
- Click on "Inget konto än? Skapa ett här!" (No Account Yet? Create one here).
3. Enter your email address and click "Nästa" (Next).
4. If you have not signed in with your email address before, you will be given the opportunity to create an account. Click on "Skapa konto" (Create Account).
If you don't have a Microsoft or Google account, you'll be prompted to activate your email address through Microsoft.
Skip to the Microsoft Required heading on page 9.
If you do not receive this prompt, continue to the next step.
5. Enter your password.
If you are logged in with your account in the browser, you can ignore this step as it happens automatically.
Depending on the account type, the login may look different. You may need to verify yourself in two-step mode.
A) Microsoft account
Enter your Microsoft account password and click "Logga in" (Sign in).
B) Google account
Enter your e-mail at Google.
Enter your Google Account password and click "Nästa" (Next)
6. Two-step verification.
Verify your identity through two-step verification.
If you don't have two-step verification enabled on your account, you will be asked to turn it on. If you need support, you can follow the instructions available on Biometria's website: Handböcker och Instruktioner - Biometria.
7. Accept requested permissions by clicking "Acceptera" (Accept).
8. You are now signed in to "Mätplatsstödet, MPS/Chaufförsklienten" (The Measurement Site System/The Driver Client).
Your account is now ready for VIOL 3.
If you receive this error message below, it means you lack permissions or that the permissions have not been activated yet. Please contact the person responsible for permissions at your company.
Microsoft activation required
If you don't have a Microsoft or Google account, you'll be prompted to turn on your email address. Microsoft activation means that you obtain a password from Microsoft that can be used to sign in to Biometria.
- Click "Aktivera konto" (Activate account). A new tab will open in your browser.
2. Create account.
Click "Nästa" (Next).
3. Enter a new password for the Microsoft-enabled account.
This password does not change the password that you normally use for your email.
This password should be used when using VIOL 3 services.
4. Enter your "För- och efternamn" (First- and last name).
5. Enter your "Födelsedatum" (Date of birth). Click "Nästa" (Next).
6. Enter the code emailed to your usual email address.
Now you should have received an email like this:
7. Enter the code from the email.
8. Defeat Robots.
Click on "Lös pusslet" (Solve the puzzle).
Puzzles from Microsoft may vary and have up to 10 different stages. Below is an example where you need to use the arrows to rotate an object in the same direction that your hand is pointing.
9. Once you have defeated the bots, you'll see the message "Du lyckades!" (You succeeded!) and you will be redirected to Microsoft.
10. When Microsoft activation is complete, you'll see information about your account.
11. You can now close this tab and return to the Biometria sign-in page.
Continue to sign in.
Click "Fortsätt till Logga in" (Proceed to Login) and skip to step 5 on page 5.
