VIOL 3: Hur du som mätplatsägare kan förenkla utskrift för chaufförer

I VIOL 2 sker samtliga utskrifter till chaufförerna per automatik, det vill säga att chauffören inte aktivt behöver välja att skriva ut mätkvitton eller etiketter för stickprov. 

Att ta bort de automatiska utskrifterna har varit en del i virkesflödets digitaliseringsresa. I VIOL 3 får chauffören alltid sina information direkt till sin angivna mail, vill chauffören skriva ut är detta därför ett aktivt val.

Mätplatsägare och chaufförer har flaggat att det på industrierna kan finnas flera tillgängliga skrivare som dyker upp och det är därför lätt att chauffören väljer fel skrivare. Chauffören kan i vissa fall spendera längre stunder med att testa sig fram tills denne hittar rätt.
