Därför ett supporterbjudande

Syftet är att skapa en tydlighet för hur och vilken typ av support Biometria kommer att erbjuda dig som kund, inklusive hur prioriteringen av ärenden kommer att se ut. Supporterbjudandet är uppdelat i våra tjänsteområden (Redovisning, Transport, Mätning, Produktion och Övergripande Funktioner: Integration och Behörighet).

Denna sida bygger vidare på Supporterbjudandet för kundernas driftförberedelser.

Ert ansvar som kund

Biometria kommer i första hand att prioritera att lägga upp data som du som kund ej har behörighet att lägga upp själv.
I andra hand kommer Biometria att kunna hjälpa till med administrationen för era egna egna objekt*.

  • De företag som har en användare i VIOL 2 förväntas administrera själva, Biometria prioriterar inte att bistå med att lägga upp t.ex era prislistor.

  • Större råvaruföretag och Mottagande industrier förväntas hjälpa sina affärspartners med administration om affärspartner saknar en användare i VIOL 2. 

  • Transportföretag/Åkeriföretag behöver komma överens med sina uppdragsgivare gällande ansvar för administrationen.

  • Biometria förväntar sig att ni som Uppdragsgivare och Avverkningsföretag har en dialog rörande de gemensamma förberedelserna för att säkerställa produktionsrapportering i VIOL 3.

* Biometria förbehåller sig rätten att kunna neka förfrågningar att hjälpa till att lägga upp kundens egen administration.

Support av chaufförer

  • Support av Chaufförsklienten dygnet runt GRATIS under omläggningsperioden (TeamViewer som verktyg).

  • Utökad Personalstyrka dygnet runt

  • Specifik telefonslinga för Chaufförer

  • Virkesmätare ute i fält stöttar upp på fysiska mätplatser (svarar på enklare frågor, stötta chauffören hur de får hjälp).

  • IP telefonerna finns tillgängliga under omläggningsperioden

Vilken Support finns tillgänglig utanför ordinarie arbetstid?

MÅLSÄTTNING: Att erbjuda support utanför ordinarie arbetstid så att flödet till industrin ej stoppas.

  • Biometrias Fjärrmätningscentraler supporterar samtliga chaufförer på samtliga mätplatser
    • Ärendemottagning
    • Support Chaufförsklienten
    • Avvikelsehantering, t.ex. Behörigheter om behörighetsansvarig finns*

Virkesmätare i fält kommer få utbildning i att kunna stötta chaufförer i enklare frågor kopplat till Chaufförsklienten på fysiska mätplatser.

*Avvikelsehanteringsdokument/instruktioner tas fram av Virkesmätningen för FMC och Övriga mätplatser
